I'm your host, Jamie Milam! I am so excited to have you here and can't wait to get started sharing my story and offering guidance and inspiration on how you can live your best life too.

I want to open up to you about my past, my challenges and how I've been able to overcome them. Despite the struggles I faced early on when I started to live on my own at 15 and becoming a single mom at the age of 19, I never gave up on my big dreams and goals.
